Best before & Use by

If you noticed , ther are two types of wording for the end of date of a product on the shelves of a shop.

The best before and the use by date, the difference? Here it is:

The best before date does not harm yoir body or health in any way, the product conaumed after this date is absolutely healthy and also can be sold from shops legally.

But a use by date should in no matter be consumed after the date stated on it, as this has health risks and an indication of the product being out of date to consume. The shops are not allowed to sell anythibg after the date shown on the product and if they do, well it is illegal and they can be sued.

So always be careful when buying a product, or before eating it.
